Unauthorised insurance premium deduction

I received an inflated car instalment deduction cell notificatiom from my bank when I phoned absa I was told that it. included included my car insurance premium now my car is insured with a different company and they know that as the verification was done in march and the proof was sent to them by my insuret funny I was not even advisedby absa that such a deduction will be effected I therefore demand a proper response from absa because how do you insure the same car twice? Pls absa respond I have sent the second proof that my car is insured thanks
