Unknown deduction

This company is deducting my money from my bank account without my concern and permission. I noticed when I checked my bank statement that this company has been deducting R135.00 from my account for some time now and I don't even remember signing any paper or talking to anyone from Budget insurance.

The reference number appearing on my bank statement is Vapinsbudg 777399623 with a deduction of R135.00 every month. This company is reaping people's money, it is such a disgrace and utter that they are conducting. All I want is for them to answer why are they deducting my money unlawfully, cancel the debit order and pay back all the money deducted from my bank account.
