Just want to know when I'm getting my R200 back

I attempted to draw R500 from a Std bank ATM at my workplace on 12 March with my ABSA card. The machine gave me a slip saying it had dispensed R500, but I only received R300 and then it shut down with an error code 51.

I immediately phoned ABSA, who said I should phone Standard Bank. Standard Bank told me to wait a couple of hours to see if it self-corrects, and then if unsuccesful, phone ABSA. I did so, and had to go into ABSA the next day to make a complaint.

Today I called ABSA to follow up. In the space of 2 phone calls (I tried STD bank inbetween), I spoke to approximately 6 or 7 people and explained the whole story over, in an attempt to find out the status of my query.

My main issue, is that each person I spoke to, ended off by saying "Hold on", and I was then put through to the next person, to explain the whole story over again!! The last person finally told me she only deals with full amounts, and she wanted to put me through to another person.

I would really like to know how long this is going to take to sort out, whether Std bank have checked the machine in question, and when I am going to get my much-needed R200 back.
