Notified about an unauthorised transaction

I notified absa bank on 1 or 2 Jan 2013 about an unauthorised transaction against my credit card. I received a reference number but no further communication to date. It is now 2 weeks later and nothing has been done. I find it very disappointing when one notifies ones bank immediately and nothing gets done to rectify the problem.
An amount of R750 was deducted off my credit card without any authorisation by my and I notified ABSA accordingly.
