UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDERS

I switched to your bank because debit orders were going off from ABSA bank acc without my authorisation, hoping to get some piece of mind. I get the same thing with you. Can somebody tell me why a debit order went off from my acc without my authority and without being notified. I haven't even started using your card as yet, no transaction were made and you debit from my ABSA account in the middle of the month!
