Unable to fix incorrect address

In March 2013 we moved to the coast and changed the branch for our company and our personal accounts to Umhlanga Ridge. Since then all statements reflect the branch as Umhlanga Ridge (correct) and our address as the old Johannesburg address instead of the new address. Despite numerous emails, secure messages and phone calls, Standard Bank does not seem capable of changing the address on our statements.
