Bad service

I am not a HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
ALL I CAN SAY IS STAY AWAY FROM SANTAM'S THE CAR LAB IF YOU WANT TO BE HAPPY AFTER SERVICE DELIVERY!
I took my Toyota Corolla in for minor panel beating on right back fender.
On assessment by Santam's assessor I pointed small scratches and spots to be tended to.
The guy jovially assured me that my car would look like new when they are finished with it.
Why promise something that was not going to happen, he should have told me from the START THAT THEY WILL NOT ATTEND TO THE SMALL SPOTS! THEN I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THE CAR TO A PANEL BEATER WHO WOULD HAVE BEEN PREPARED TO DO THE JOB TO MY SATISFACTION.
He promised me that they will see to it that I am happy!
He also offered their panel beating workshop in the same manner being The Car Lab!
Unfortunately I excepted the offer!
When I brought my car in, I was told by the lady that the small scratches will only be filled in with paint and not polished.
Well.. I got my car back, no spots were attended to... not by filling it even with paint!!!
Some of the places needed only some buffing... but obviously no one cared about customers!!!
Alecia tried her best to sooth me by giving me small bottel with paint.
