I had to change my debit order to my new account and Budget made it super easy to do, and I was able to complete it over the phone in one phonecall with no hassles, whereas other debit orders I have are requesting mountains of paperwork and dragging this whole process on.
Thank you for creating one less headache for me, Budget. Sadly, though, I'll probably be moving over to a new company as my premiums with Budget have become too expensive over the years (despite no claims) and I am struggling to afford your rates. :(
