Complaint: Born In SA living in the UK, have had an account with FNB as long as I can remember, FNB platinum account holder. Cant Change my online details, get ignored by personal banker message system. Getting bumped from pillar to post. Get charged silly fees for ebucks card that i dont even collect points on (R600 per year for like 150 points because its linked to the MORTGAGE i have with you). Really service for internatinal customers. Over 800 000 known SAFFAS living abroad since 1995 (that we know about through country boarder information!) Simply get your act together, contact me asap because I will be home at some point this year and I will change my bank. We have a close Knit SAFFA community here in the Uk and we do talk and compare. I have always spoken highly of FNB but that has changed, catch me before it spreads! Show the loyalty to customer service as I have shown loyalty in banking with you for many moons.
