Inspection Document not sent through to Insurance

I visited your Bellville branch sometime last year, between the end of Jan and the beginning of February. I came in so that my car could get inspected for comprehensive insurance.
It has come to my attention that the insurance company does not have my papers which was supposed to be sent from Glasfit to Budget. Since this was NOT done, I am only covered for third party claims.
My understanding of the process is that if a car comes in to be inspected at any of your branches, the paperwork will automatically be sent to the Insurers as this is the agreement with Budget.
As this has now happened, I have had to pay an entire year of insurance without actually having cover for my own car.
I would like to now know what you will be doing about this situation. I do not have the paperwork form Glasfit anymore so I cannot send it on to Budget.
Please advise soonest.
