Home loan account in REHAB??

In November 2011 the company I worked for was liquadated. I aked Standard bank to suspend my home loan acc from Janary 2012, while I was unemployed and looking for work. They agreed. I started working again on 10 June 2012, but I started paying again normally at the end of May already. Till today, debit orders is running off my account normally. NO problems. Me and a few friends are part of a trust. We applied to buy a property together. Today I hear that it was declined due to my Home loan account being "rehab account". I mean I have been paying normally for more than a year now?? There was a agreement in place with Standard Bank, and I kept by this. I never had even a failed debit order! This needs to be dealt with ASAP, this is very embarrasing, becausse of this, our home loan application is rejected???
