This started last year around February 2012.Myself and my X husband had home loan with Standard Bank, firstly I found out that I am being substituted with somebody else and Bank has granted the loan for them (X husband and somebody else) but after then I received an SMS saying I should come and sign since then I did not receive any call or an SMS saying to come again. On the 28 January 2013 I phoned Standard Bank to find out how far are they with this substituting me and only to out that the account is closed is it possible to closed an account without letting the other party?
