Standard Bank
Paying extra on your homeloan does not pay!!!

I have my home loan account at standard bank since approximately 2000. I took the conscience decision to pay my home loan via stop order from my employer, but it seems this is not good enough for standard bank. I have an access bond facility and when I tried to access the money, I was told that the facility has been stopped because I don't bank with standard bank and because I don't pay my homeloan via debit order. Why should I be punished for never paying late, and where standard bank never has to worry about there not being funds in my account.
