I have met the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL staff at standard bank home loan.
I wanted to apply for home loan through std bank, the lady called me and started accusing me about the purpose of my account, with a very bad attitude.
I am currently working at my job for 8 years and I do not run a business. It it reasonable that i have certain amount of money that i can work around with, she was over reacting and it is none of her business anyways.
If you are going to decline my application, it is absolutely unnecessary to call me and ACCUSE me.
I feel sorry for standard bank to have this employee.
