CANCELLATION OF FRAUDUALENT ACCOUNT IN MY NAME

In 2008, I received a massage that I had a home loan account with Standard bank. I disputed that because I was unemployed at that time and was impossible for me to have a home loan. I started engaging standard bank through affidavits and statements. They later said through telephone that the loan account was a result of, and they have managed to move out the occupants of the house. I don't even know where the house was located. they failed to provide me with proof of contract. However they have blacklisted me. In 2013 I tried to purchase a low cost house because I don't qualify for RDP or a house above R150000. I can't get home loan because my name is listed wrongfully. Standard promised to send me a letter confirming that the loan was cancelled and I was wrongfully blacklisted. The standard bank reference number is 5 and the contact person is Lyon Kenney. they promised to send letter to me within three days. they failed. When I phone they send me from pillar to post. The Agents who are assisting to get low cost home loan want that letter. please assist. I am single mother, who rent a room at Soweto backyard. I want to buy a house for my children. Government can't assist
