I've applied for financing from Braamfin and on 25 January 2013 the amount of R4000.00 was transferred to my account - contractually I agreed to have the amount of R981.00 deducted from my bank account for the next 6 months however a week before the 15th of February 2013 I phoned Nomapelo and informed her that I wished for the debit order date to be moved to the end of the month as my fiance would then pay the loan from his salary Nomapelo agreed to this arrangement telephonically yet on the 15th the debit still went off my bank account and since there was no funds available was sent back, Nomapelo claims she then phoned me to discuss the problem which is a as I had no voice and had been booked off work for a week therefore I was unable to speak to anyone! I have since been retrenched but feel that my fiance can still comfortably pay the loan instalment at the end of the month (30/03/2013) yet Nomapelo in a very snotty telephonic conversation refused to change the debit order date and have since deducted 3 different amounts from my bank account which I am unable to reverse as I'd need a reference letter from Braamfin. I feel the company misled me and therfore from me!
