This morning i received a phone call from a call center agent by the name of Modisi Mogudi, i absolutely HATE calls from call centers as i don't have time for them but this guy just made my Friday!!! i didn't want to get of the phone with this agent he has an amazing/funky personality, his language and etiquette is spot on and he is one of those people that you sit back and think WOW what and asset to have in a company. I hope he makes it faar because this guy is one of a go getter, he makes me proud to be with Virgin Insurance.
