I received a VERY BAD ATTITUDE from this person. He was chewing a gum as if he was at comfort of his home on his sofa. When I told him about my frustration concerning the procedure of FNB he came me attitude and backing chatting telling me it's not his fault however I wasn't addressing him as an individual but addressing FNB that it's frustrating, All I needed him to do was to check why my application was taking long because I was promised a turnaround time of 24 hours and he was helpful at all in fact he was just plain rude. even when I told him that I would report his behavior of being unprofessional and he said I should go ahead and he even rudely spelled his name and surname to me, he arrogant and doesn't know what customer services is at all and seemingly he doesn't know his job because all he had to do was to make a call and find out for me what the delay was.

I am really disappointed at his services and FNB service altogether because no one bothered to contact me and advise me what was happening.

I really wish this doesn't go unnoticed or dealt with.
