Bad attitude over the phone

Good day, I am sitting in the office doing my work, then I get an sms saying"Dear Surname initial, Congrats for purchasing your Opel Astra OPC. Rate our service by replying to this ams, Yes satisfied and No dissatisfied Regards, McCarthy. I call the Menlyn dealer to find out what is going on, as this sms was strange. When I got to sales the sales person misunderstood me and was saying something about a special that was available for Astra and I told him not I am enquiring about an sms I've got that says I've bought the Opel Astra; then he said he doesn't send sms and transferred me to administration. I tried to explain to this administration lady, and I even said to her the number looks similar to the one I got after doing service except this had 4 at the end. She just said she doesn't know anything about that and dropped the phone. I wasn't happy with their answers, so I called again and I asked for Sales. I told the guy I spoke to him earlier. He told me he got a second call after me. I asked why we were sent this messages. The guy just lost it started shouting he doesn't know and they are checking into it. Like he couldn't tell me they are looking into it and they will get back.
