DA Outstanding debt

Good day,
I received a call in October 2012 and also a letter from a lady called Anthea Martin informing me to provide proof of insurance for the vehicle under the lease agreemenrt a/c no. 85172228324. She also sent me an email and I responded on the 20th where I requested my insurance broker to furnish her with such proof and I also cc'd her on that mail. In december again, I submitted a proof of insurance to Cathleen Jack is a procedures in order for the car to be released to me.

Today I called the Wesbank call centre to get clarity on what DA Outstanding Debt means and if that is included in my monthly installment. A call centre consultant by the name of Mpho Thamae confirmed that it was insurance amount of R1125.34 added on my monthly installment. I queried that as I have submitted such proof on two occassions and his response was there was nothing on record.

My installment is now more by R1125.34 yet I do have an insurance and I want this to be rectified and interest on this account reversed from the time I provided Wesbank with proof of insurance.

It is also very upsetting to find out from Mpho that there is nothing on record yet I submitted the information
