My car has been with Liquid Body Tech in Edenvale - panelbeaters appointed by Santam - for several weeks now and it is nearly a week past the date that the repair was due to be completed. I am not complaining about the length of time it is taking to do the job - it is the complete lack of customer service that accompanies it!
Nobody bothers to give you an update or to inform you that delivery will be late (...tough luck if you've hired a car so you can continue to run your business in the interim ...). Then, when you take time out of your busy schedule to phone them - nobody calls back. Not once; several times. Obviously their time and phone bill is way more important than mine. I'm only a customer, after all.
Pathetic customer relations from Liquid Body Tech in Edenvale. Santam, having appointed them, must also accept blame - where are the checks, balances and quality control of your service providers? Also, where is your customer complaint mechanism? No Facebook, no hotline to phone, no e-mail for customer problems. Pathetic!
