Bad service

My wife passed away on the 24th January. I handed documents in on the 25th January and the rest on the 1st of February at the Port Elizabeth branch. After various phone calls i had to resend documents which they didn't apparantly recieve. They don't give feedback if they require anything more. It is now the 14 of March and i still haven't recieved pay-out on this claim. Claim no 741446
