We logged a claim with Alexandr Forbes on the 17April 2013 and we submitted all required docments on the 22/04/2013. The agent assigned to help us Simone Naidoo has not been helpfull at all with the whole process. a week passed I when enquired about the status of a claim. Simone replied a day later stating that she handed the documents to her Nameless manager. Another week passed still nothing... we then had to contact simone again requesting feedback. We finally recieved the agreement of settlement form the Aforbes assessors on the 22/05/2013 .the documents was duly signed and sent back the same day. On monday I requested feedback again from Simone and she the advised that she has again forwarded it to her manager but she still has not confirmed WHEN THE CLAIM Will BE PAID. IS IT REALLY SO DIFFICULT JUST TO GIVE FEEBACK .THIS WHOLE PROCESS HAS BEEN VERY UNPLEASANT AS WE HAVE TO CONTINUE TO ASK WHAT IS HAPPENING
