Worst Service Ever!!!

Please can you tell me why after a year and a half of regular payments and installments you still haven't changed my membership status. Why am I still not allowed any new business. I have been an Iemas member for over 10 years and because of my financial problems almost 2 years ago I am still being punished and denied business. I find this unacceptable and somehow I can't help but feel I'm being discriminated against because of an argument I had with Joey Simon 2 years ago during said problems. It doesn't matter what I try to apply for all I hear is you have to speak to Joey @ Vanderbijlpark. She must change you membership status and she is refusing... I feel I have no option but to end my membership...
