I contacted Iemas for a quote on 2 May 2013 wrt a car I was purchasing. Their quote was 50% more than another quote I had received. Nancy had problems with her computer and was going to double check her figures. They subsequently went up. I advised her in writing, on 3 May 2013, that I would not require insurance via Iemas as it was far too high. She said the quote would remain on the system for 1 year. On 1 June insurance was deducted for the vehicle. I am disgusted. This is R1300 I do not have as disposable income and would like these funds returned.
