Debt-collection: chasing the wrong person

For months (and probably even a year), I have been harassed endlessly by the debt collector (s) appointed by Discovery Card and/or FNB (the 2 firms seem to have co-operation) - they have been looking for a person who owes them money - that person is not me, but they always call me. I have tried to reasoned with them, shouted at them (when I feel so fed-up), told them why I am not the person they are looking for, insisting them to remove my number from their systems... etc - nothing works and I am still getting calls and SMSs! I am feeling frustrated - what's good of the FICA & RICA information if these people can conviniently ignroe the obvious, and insist to harass the wrong person! (Ps: The matter was reflected to FNB's Sandton Branch and Discovery Card's Sandton Office.)
