Nedbank Lost My car registration documents

My car is registered under my sisters name, Mpho Caroline Ditshego, and have been crediting her account every month for installments. Last months, I settled the account and car registration documents was promised to be couriered. On the 26 Feb 13 a driver called me to confirm the address and that was it, no more phone calls about it. I called the driver a number of times and always giving me excuses. I called in their call centre and to my surprise, they have apparently been delivered at my house and 'Sipho' signed for them. I was very furious as the call centre lady hung up on me as well. My sister has been in contact with MFC for some time now and each time she is promised they will be couriered. We are very frustrated, disappointed at Nedbank/MFC. After being a good customer for so long and be slapped with this. THATS IT, I AM NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
