This company was paid off in 2008. Since then we have been handed over to various collection companies. EVERY time we have to make MANY time consuming calls and PROOVE that we have paid the loan off. The 'sea calms', we hear nothing for 1 year and then we start again.
I am not sure why this is happening but it is extreemly frustrating and painfull to have to KEEP dealing with this matter.
I, for 1 would NEVER consider using this company again.
