I am in the process of selling a motor vehicle that was financed with V&AF that was settled, I called to query requesting Registration documents for an account that has been settled. The agents transferred my call about 4 times before I reached one "informed" agent who gave me a number that I need to call. I made the call & was requested to forward documents to a fax no. I asked if I could email the documents & was informed that they do not have that facility. I faxed the documents & called to confirm receipt & turn around time. I was told that it will be processed however they couldn't confirm receipt. however It will take 5days. I called after 8days & couldn't get a decent answer after waiting several minutes between agents. After a few failed attempts & costly calls, I went to a branch in Jan. I was given an email address & was impressed at the progress they made in the month. I submitted the documents again that this agent requested. I requested confirmation of the email & indication how long it would take. None received. I followed up the next day. And the next. It has been 3mths & can only deduce that there staff prob don't know how
