Hi,

I moved from Miway to M&F via FNB in Jan. The big issue I had was with the policy start date. Originally i was 26Jan, but after Miway made aware that I'd have to serve a 30-Day notice, I contacted the same agent at FNB (Luvuyo) to let him know that the start date needs to be moved out. I then recieved no confirmation from him that this would be effected. Then in Feb, they debited my account as if the start of the policy was 26 Jan still. Thats when I called them and they confirmed it had not been effected. After long fights they had one of the administrators call me and he said "they would process a refund to my account and update the policy start date. That was 3 weeks ago. I've seen nothing on my account, and when I called last week, Nolo said "the refund had been initiated and was going through approvals". She said she'd check with her supervisor (Martin Jung) who'll then get back to me with an update. That was the end of it. I have asked for many days now for FNB to resolve this, and I'm very disapponted right now
