No joy coming (from) Miway

I received a call from Miway telesales sometime last year offering a quote for motor insurance. On getting the quote i told the sales person Norman that i was not ready to commit and would rather give it another thought. To which he offered to get my details so that when i do decide to take the policy with them i would not have to start the process from scratch. Yes that sounded very nice of the guy to offer the assistance. But little did i know! Following providing my details we agreed that i would give him a call once i decided i would take the policy and that i would have to take my car for inspection for the policy to commence. I never got back to Miway as i was not going to take the policy. However beginning of January, to my surprise, i get a call to say that Miway had not received my premium. Following my explanation to the lady that had called to say that i do not have a policy with Miway she told me that i had already been paying since November. I then asked for a supervisor to get an explanation for this. Policy was cancelled but now there is no word from Miway regarding my reimbursement. I refuse to be bullied by you Miway. And i want my money back.
