Took money out my account for another policy

Two days ago Outsurance deducted R535.752 of my bank account and I don't even have a policy with them!

When I phoned them to query this they got me confused with my Mother. I used to be at Outsurance however my banking details was on my own policy when i told the operator this i was told my mother gave them the details. 1 - She didn't 2 - How can anyone just give someone else's details and you deduct money from them without their permission. When I told her to resolve this she had the audacity to tell me my mom will have to phone them!

I told her that it will be their Job to contact my mom as it's not my problem they just deduct money from anyone's bank account just because we have the same Surname! This is really ridiculous. I was told a manager will resolve the issue. I spoke to my mom last night and no-one contacted her.
