Ayport reduces pre approval from R21000 to R3000

I apllied for a loan telephonically got pre aprroved for R21 500 after payslip, bankstatements and all other documentation was submitted once all confirmation was done I was instructed to travel from Pretoria to Randburg to sign all documentations, only on arrival to be informed the amont reduced to R3000??? I enquired about the sudden change and having to travel 73km one way, the Branch manager got involved and was trying to assist as good she good but only to discover their agents used quested documentation but not verified it on the application system neither did the consultant in branch verify it hence the sudden change!

This is extreamly frustrating when all is adhered to yet they don't follow or adhere to all their internal criteria and procedures, needless to say the expectation created with me as a client as I have an urgent need and now have been put back to square one!
