Poor application process

I've applied for a loan for the 1st time late 2012. At the time my loan application was declined because I was working for attorneys according to them. This came as a surprise, but I soon realized they were looking at the name of the company instead of calling and confirming that this was in fact not an attorney's office. The name is "... and associates". I couldn't get hold of my company to get a letter to state otherwise as they already closed for December.

In Feb 2013 I applied again. Same story, I was declined because I am working for attorneys. I got a profile from the company stating that it is an engineering and construction company, submitted the profile to Bayport, and now (a while later) they decline it due the fact that I work for a recruitment company. I've been working for the same company the last 2 years without any interruption and with the same contract as I originally signed in 2010, so I am not sure why this is a problem.

The same day I took my documentation to the branch (Vanderbijlpark), there was a cleaning lady in front of me who submitted her docs, no payslip as she is working for a family, but her loan was approved.

So please tell me what differe
