I've started with an online application on the 2nd of May and was informed it was improved. i then phoned a African Bank consultant, where after further info and income and expenses were requested telephobnically. The consultant then requested me to take docs to the branch. at the branch I was informed by Monique that I have been fully approved and only need to bring one more payslip, which was for the month of april. I brought the payslip on the 6th, where all of a sudden she informed me that she doesnt know what is going on but the system is giving her a message that I need to re-apply and she cant get hold of the afordeablity department and that they never answer their phones. I phoned the call centre myself and they informed me that the consultant at the branch is not doing her work since she need to fax trhough the docs for my employer to be listed. I then informed the consultant which gave me a unaccepted attitude. I was then phoned again on the 10th informed that everything is finalized and I only need to come and sign. after signature and the pre agreement in my hands i was phone on 11th and tol I was declined. nut they dont know why and cant do anything about it. No feedba
