I took a policy out with MiWay in 2009 and included car hire and have since paid the relevant subscription.
I would now like to make use of this facility and I am told that I have to pay deposits, collection fees, delivery fees, various running costs and the possibility of an excess in the case of an accident. They claim to have sent information in an 11 page document (the one I received is a 9 page document) and in links WHICH ARE BROKEN in all correspondence.
I have asked that they either pay the costs or refund me my premiums - neither of which they will accept. Does anyone have a suggestion.
Again, the man in the street carries the can and the corporate tramples on them.
I have spoken to 5 different people and none of them can tell me when I was given the information. They all refer me to the links that do not work or the phantom 11 page document.
