I need proof of my International Travel Benefit for my Italian visa application. The consulate requires that this document be a one page document. Discovery sent me a two page document with lots of spaces in it, when I asked them to compress the document, they informed me that they cannot compress the document. Zameer later told me that the document can be compressed. He later sent me a compressed letter but for a non-schengen country. My name has been spelt wrong on all the documents Discovery has provided me with in this regard, even though I have requested that they correct this. It has been 7 days, I have been waiting for the one page document Zameer said he'd send me, but he still continues to send me a 2 page document with my name spelt worng. This afternoon, I was informed by Abongile they cannot compress the document and therefore they cannot help me with my visa application. I am so disgusted with the quality of service I've received from Discovery Health, especially since I pay a small fortune to them every month. I wish they would employ people who actually want to work! To continue to mispell someone's name after numerous corrections is really pathetic!
