I been waiting for my refund nothing as been done peter and the callcentre agent has been lying 2 me peter told me to submit all document i did send it 2 email @ 1st i sent a second page of an statement were it show that they have debited he called me he said he cant process my refund i must an 1st page were the is my details next day i sent the page he keep quite for 4 hours with no respond later i called the agent said all document has been received everything is done in hours time i wil get my money soon after that when i go bck 2 my desk i get peter email they page you sent is not clear i wont procces your money meaning the second page he was rude n telling me were to get off i went to the branch the check the second page of the statement they told me is clear maybe peter dont want to do his. Job andthe even ligh lite those to debted amount and sent it nothing had been done this bank is using us in head office these a really a super bad service the staff is not well trained eg peter he is in the wrong dept in customer care he dont care about us he should be in colletion in late stage cause is heart less or maybe dont like the job is doing
