DISPUTED AMOUNT STILL NOT PAID-ITS BEEN A MONTH!!!

I HAVE WAITED ALMOST A MONTH FOR THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED.I've explained the matter repeatedly and the matter has still not been fully resolve & its almost a month later. At the Big Concerts RHCP I purchased merchandise, which I have explained - your switch point machines!!! He swiped my card once with an original amount of R300 which YOU STILL OWE ME SINCE YOU DID ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF DISPUTED AMOUNT BUT HAVE DONE NOTHING! Since the transaction failed the clerk added an item to my order so I could pay it in one amount (now R450)-the machine failed again. I checked if any notification was sent and nothing, nothing went through!!! so the clerk tried a third time with the new amount of R450-this time it went through. Imagine my surprise when i am debited an additional R750 for the same purchase. YOu have finally already returned R450, BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY R300.The same machine was used minutes apart from the same card (a 2nd one was used for the 3rd swipe) surely you can track it down-you have my money as far as i am concerned I WANT IT BACK NOW I HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH.ALL THE PARTICULARS ARE IN MY DISPUTE EMAIL SO YOU KNOW EVERYTHING SO SORT IT OUT! 2013-03-13
