Dion Wired is misleading customers

I have purchased a Nespresso Coffee Machine and received a voucher claiming 900 off normal pricing (R450 free coffee and R450 off the machine) The machine had been marked at R3800 and was not marked on promo as Dion claims that promo items will not receive the discount.

Website price marked at R3800 and store Price marked at R3800 i had been charged full price and when i asked about my voucher stating i would receive R450 off i was told that it had been already accounted for and deducted from original price which was not displayed.

To make matters worse after i had unhappily purchased my coffee maker... i had found to my disgust that my item was not checked and the plastic container had been cracked... i had to make two trips to galleria to purchase one coffee maker because of incompetent employees, I want this matter resolved and i feel i should be reimbursed with the R450 discount i should have received
