WHAT SERVICE ARE WE PAYING FOR???

Today I encountered a call with your Nicole whos attitude for a call centre agent was totally inappropropriate. She actually put the phone down on me and I want this taken up immediatley as this is not what I pay medical aid for. Totally disgusted in the service.
