I got 4 products with Old Mutual and since the beginning of these, Im having difficulty in getting my beneficiaries correctly stated on my policies.
I have requested changes via my financial advisor and on-line and still it would appear that your left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.
It is evident that the capturing clerks are not making sure that info as supplied are being correctly captured as my beneficiaries ID numbers, names and surnames differ to that what I supplied. In order to update my beneficairies, some captured my final expense benifit benificiary as my death benifit beneficiary resulting that if I was to die today persons/details I wanted to benefit from my policies would be incorrect.
I spoke to a Rasheed and 4 other persons today at your customer service and they could not assist me after spending a total of more than an hour on the phone.
Should I cancel my policies or will someone at old Mutual actually contact me so tha we can solve this problem.
Does someone actually check changes to policies as Im of the opinion that any name and details could be listed as benificairies on any policy without the policy holder is aware of that
