Absa Insurance not honest

About 2yrs ago, my T.V was damaged and Absa insurance replaced it. I just recently moved and the T.V. got damaged, so after contacting the insurance company I was told that I am not covered for this, and that replacing my T.V. two years ago was a mistake. Now I was also just informed that I am not actually even covered for accidental / damaged goods. I was under the expectation that when I got the replacement tv last time that my contract with Absa insurance is correct, only to find that now when I have a situation that I am not covered. This is not fair, I was never correctly informed as the customer. Now for the mistake that was done 2years ago, has now become my problem. Fikile said, and I quote, "that is your problem to sort out as currently there is nothing we can do" is this how we teach staff to speak to clients.
