DD not replying to my questions on refund

In November last year I found that DD did not cancel my policy with Mutual & Federal, as promised. They requested the recording of the initial telephonic discussion to start insurance with them and confirmed that i was promised this by the consultant. this meant that I was double ensured for six months.

they then promised to refund me for the outstanding amount but since then I haven't been able to get any response from them.
