I cancelled my Anderson vehicle insurance policy from 01 September 2012 as i took a better premium with MiWay. Since then i have been dual insured by Anderson and Miway. I then communicated this to Anderson as my account had still been debited with an increase in premium, February 2013. Without any notification. I liaised with Robyn Moon from earlyFebruary 2013 and sent through all necessary documentation, i had not receieved feedback after numerous emails from 01 March 2013, as a result i contacted the call centre 06 March 2013and was reverted to Roekshana Harris who notified me that Ms Moon no longer works for the company. I explained what had hapened and was assured i would be refunded by the 09 th March 2013, this did not transpire. I again contacted the call centre and was given another story about the systems being offline hence payment not being made. Ms Harris noted that the 50% refund will then be paid by the 20 th March 2013. I cannot accept a 50% refund from Anderson inusrance as the monies debited off my account is in excess of the 50%. The initial premium being R884.00 increase 01 February 2013 to approx R1048.00.
