POOR SERVICE FROM COOMBES

I had a judgement against my name for a debt wich I have since settled (July 2012). I even got a letter from Koena Mashao confirming that the outstanding amount has been settled in full. Since then I have been trying to get the judgement rescinded but up to now all emails I have sent to Coombes are not answered and this means I cant get approved for a homeloan because someone decides they are not going answer their emails for whatever reason.
