Emoval of judgement on my name

I was handed to coombe and associate by intec college outstanding fee . after receiving the call I asked the settlement which I was happy to pay at once. proof of payment was sent to me. I asked the service of coombes and associate to remove my name as judgement from credit bereue as they told me they do that. I have been told that the rescind of judgement takes 6 weeks. this is the third mont while no one is taking responsibility of doing the action despite that payment of service was made to them, I have been communicating with Trischa but never get hold of her. I manage to go to pretoria office but nothing is happening. all I want is to do what the promise was made where action is done. I can progress with my life having this judgement that i have paid up, again I have paid the service to be done.

Coombes must tel me what is happening and why is taking 3 month to remove judgement on my name despite that I have paid all. all i want is service and people in the office must stop passing the buck
