Consent to Judgement Rescission

I have been sent from pillar to post by Capitec Bank and their debt collections lawyers (FLEMIX and ASSOCIATES) upon requests for letter confirming that the account has been settled and consent to rescission of judgement. It has been over 2 months now since my initial request. Can someone take responsibility and act on this request??!!!
