I am deeply concerned about the level of service I am receiving from Standard Bank. Either the staff simply do not care or are not qualified to be in the positions they are in.
There is a interest query on my account outstanding now since 18/09/2012 10h38am secure message. ( i have retained a copy of the message sent to std bank) Various correspondence via Tiny & Habiba at the branch has also been kept but bottom line Gregory the private banker for my account would come back to me - he after 7 months has not.
Initial card query made 10/8/2012 at Lynnwood ridge branch ref720206691 incl updating my cell & contact details with card division from the branch. also ordering my new cards. to be delivered to this branch.
I never received these cards.
turns out my cell number was different on std systems - i only discovered this when i was unable to do my security verification.
the cards were destroyed.
my cards cheque garage and credit all expire April.
std sent my cheque only but called to ask to which branch to send i requested Lynnwood ridge.
they issued to Menlyn square.
i immediately called into private banking and filed the above (has complaint been filed?)
