I would just like to compliment Natasha Moodaley with outstanding service; she really went the extra mile and assisted me with my query. She assisted me with my claim and sorted out everything for me, she even went as far as to intervene in an area that she does not deal with to get my claim sorted out. Thank you Natasha you really bent backwards holding the Outsurance motto in high regards. Because of the service that we received from Natasha we even insured our newly purchased vehicle with Outsurance, Natasha is a real gem and is of great value to the company. Well done Natasha!!
